An 8-pin headmount is used for 4 EEG recordings in mice. The pins are bent at a 90° angle for accessible soldering. Pinnacle’s 0.10” screws with wire leads (8403), depth electrodes, or EMG wiring can be soldered to the 8-pin headmount, allowing for custom electrode placement. An alternative 8-pin headmount with straight pins (8415) is also available.
Note: 8-pin headmounts are not reusable.
